Allegedly filmed by a government employee who was surveying land for road construction in Siberia, were legends are spread among some of the more isolated regions. Reports of woolly mammoths have made news in the past but the footage seen is unfortunately very grainy.
This animal has been extinct for at least 10,000 years – since the last ice age basically.
