Steve Pierce was one of the seven men who witnessed Travis Walton approach a UFO, be picked up by a light from the UFO and throw several meteres by this light.
These men all passed a polygraph test given by police concerning questions over this incident which was later turned into a hit movie called Fire In The Sky. This movie terrified me as a child I must have been about 10 when I first saw it. Still gives me the chills.
