The City of Windsor, Ontario, Canada had heard about local gentleman’s club, Leopard’s Lounge & Broil, was having a certain kind of dwarf contest. The areas local political member tried to get the government to pass “The Dwarf Tossing Ban Act” but it didn’t make it past its first introduction.
